Patents.
  • A Patent has been awarded for "A process for the preparation of diagnostic kit for detection of -thalassemia syndromes" by Patent Office. Govt. Of India in January 2005 (No.194149). This was submitted by RB Colah, AC Gorakshakar and D. Mohanty in December 2001. The kit was developed with the help of the company named Imagenex,India, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha,and released by Honorable Health Minister Mr Gulam Nabi Azad on 17th December 2013.

    Attended 102nd session of Indian Science Congress at Mumbai during 3rd – 7th January and demonstrated the kit at ICMR stall.2015 and attended "Vibrant Gujrat"at Gandhinagar during 8th-12th January 2015 and demonstrated the kit at ICMR stall in Health and Hospital Expo in Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Expo.

    Participated in "Medical Science and Biotechnology Innovation Exhibition" at Rashtrapati Bhawan , New Delhi on 11th March 2015 and displayed the RDB kit.
