  • Patent: "RHD gene allele associated with a weak D phenotype and its uses"_ Patent was filed in Europe on March 8, 2017 under number 17 305246.5. The inventors are Yann FICHOU (from EFS) and Swati KULKARNI (from Indian Council of Medical Research). The applicants are ETABLISSEMENT FRANCAIS DU SANG INSERM and NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF IMMUNOHAEMATOLOGY.
  • 2012-2013 ICMR international fellowship for Senior Scientist, under Prof. Robert Flower, Research Programme Leader at Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Queensland, Australia trained for “Non- invasive fetal RhD typing”.
