The IT Department's mission is is to ensure smooth functioning of day to day affairs of the Institute in an efficient and effective manner through building world-class competencies in the technical analysis, design, procurement, implementation, operation and support of computing infrastructure and services.

The institute is equipped with the latest systems, a laser printer, Colored inkjet printers, scanners.

All the computers are connected through Local Area Network. We are having Windows 2016 server , a wire-based LAN Fibre Optics with NKN/NICNet connectivity of 1 GBPS bandwidth. We have around 65 nos. hardware including terminals employed. We are having Facility Management Contract between ICMR and HCL Infosystems Ltd. For the LAN.
